If you are interested in Art, Come and Visit ”Hundested Art Society” exhibiting in “Fyrgården”.
Hundested Art Society was established in 1980 to increase the interest for art and is open for all.
The exhibition place is “Fyrgården”, the home of the former lighthouse keeper of “Spodsbjerg Lighthouse”, very close to the House of Knud Rasmussen. The view from there of see and fjord is marvellous.
From March to November the Art Society has changing exhibitions. Open Thursday to Sunday and holidays from 1.00 to 4.00 p.m. and according to previous arrangement. Entrance is free.
Hundested Art Society exhibits a variety of art made by local artists as well as by artists from other parts of Denmark and from abroad. The year ends in October/November with an exhibition by the members.
